Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Remote areas (Northeast India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) may take 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹49.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order at shop.naturaagri.com/pages/track-order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery at sales@naturaagri.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve promptly.
